I will be traveling to Paris with a group consisting of:

3 adults
10 students under 18 years of age
5 students 18 years of age

We will be arriving on Sunday and and departing Saturday.

We will take RER from airport, use metro and buses, and take 1 trip to Versailles.

The Paris Visite does not work for me - 5 days is the longest duration.
Navigo Decouverte might work. However, can I get the pass in the U.S. in advance of the trip?

Hi Professor,

Unfortunately, the Passe Navigo Découverte is only available on the spot at any Metro/RER/Train station ticket office (given that they have stock of the cards themselves). They are not sold ahead of time. It would also be of no use for you on Sunday since the pass is strictly Monday till Sunday end of service (not any seven day period).

What may work for you is to purchase the 5 day, 3 zone Paris Visite card and use that for the majority of your travel from Monday thru Friday, then purchase Billets Ile-de-France for the trip out to Versailles and for the RER B train between CDG Airport and Paris.
