Combination Passe Navigo and Billet Ile-de France

Postby Parisworker on Thu May 14, 2009 9:56 am

Hi,
I have a little problem.
Recently I've started to work in a suburb of Paris. I have now a Passe Navigo for zones 4 to 5. From time to time I want to travel to Paris.
I wonder what is the cheapest and easiest way to do so. My idea was for example for getting from station Lognes (RER A, zone 5) to Gare de Lyon that I travel with my Passe Navigo(zones 4+5) to Bry-sur-Marne then get off the train and validate a Billet Ile-de-France for the trip Bry-sur-Marne to Gare de Lyon and get on the next train.
Is there now a better solution or is it not necessary to validate the Billet Ile-de-France? Getting off and train is waasting time so I would be very happy if you had an easier solution.
Regards
Peter
