Discount for handicapped?

Postby zeta on Sun Jun 21, 2009 3:30 pm

Dear Helpers!

Do you know if there are discounts for blind, visually impaired? How about for guide, helper for blind?
Are there need for official document, for example, I have official Visual Impairment Card (+my passport of course :) )

Can Navigoes and Paris Visite Passes be bought already at the Airport of CDG? Are they valid on line CDG-City (Luxembourg)? Wich one you would recommend if our plans are to see Zones 1-2, probably Versailles, four days in Paris?

With best regards

Hi Zeta,

There are no disability discounts for transport passes.

Paris Visite card and Passe Navigo Découverte can both be bought at CDG Airport. You would require a 6 zone or a 5 zone pass, respectively, to get into Paris from CDG using the passes.

If you're staying in paris more than 5 days & starting from near the beginning of the week, get the Navigo card, otherwise Paris Visite.

Best regards,

Ben
