As the title says, I'm looking to travel from Gare de Lyon to Disneyland Paris using the RER A. Does anybody know whether this is wheelchair accessible at Gare de Lyon itself via lift then ramp (or roll on/off) train?

As the title says, I'm looking to travel from Gare de Lyon to Disneyland Paris using the RER A. Does anybody know whether this is wheelchair accessible at Gare de Lyon itself via lift then ramp (or roll on/off) train?
