I'm going to make a the assumption (correct me if I'm wrong) that you're going to Massy Palaiseau TGV station.

Start by taking Metro Line 4 from Montparnasse Bienvenue (accessible via Gare Montparnasse) in direction Porte d'Orleans until station Denfert Rochereau. From here, switch to RER B direction Antony Robinson St Rémy Lès Chevreuse until station Massy Palaiseau.
