PANIC!

i BOOKED MY TICKETS ON LINE AND FIND I HAVE ONLY BEEN ALLOCATED 40 MIN TO CROSS PARIS FROM GARE DU NORD TO GARE DE LYON. I WILL USE LIGNE D RER, BUT WANT TO KNOW IF POSSIBLE WHERE IN GARE DE LYON MY TGV WILL BE - BLUE OR YELLOW AREAS. I AM TRAVELLING ON FRIDAY JUNE 12 ON TGV 6765 AT 14.28TO BESANCON CAN YOU HELP OR GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO SOMEONE WHO CAN. MY TICKETS ARE THE DONE DEAL TYPE!!

The panic appears evident in your "ALL CAPS" writing, which should generally be avoided unless you MEAN TO YELL 
The placement of TGV trains at a station such as Gare de Lyon or Gare du Nord is impossible to tell before the station traffic control directors decide it, which can occur literally minutes before the train arrives. So, calling somebody, whomever that may be, would yield you no better information on where a train will be parked, than if you were at the station itself and were watching the large departures board.
