Would like to attend a concert in Anzin, which is a suburb of Valenciennes, on November 16 at 18:00 hours. What train would I take from Paris? What time should I leave to arrive in Anzin by 17:00 hours? What is the return train schedule? How much will a second class round trip ticket cost?

Hi Klj,
Using Gares-en-Mouvement.com to lookup schedules I see that there's a TGV from Gare du Nord to Valenciennes on Nov. 16 at 14:52 which arrives at 16:39. From there I'm quite sure you'd have to complete the journey by bus to Anzin, which is a bit small to have a train station I'm thinking.
I'm guessing you're already in France so you should use Voyages-SNCF.com to book a ticket for this train. If you're coming from elsewhere, have a look at my article on buying tgv tickets.
Prem's (earlybird) tickets currently are about 17€ each way. I'm not sure there are many trains later than 20h leaving Valenciennes.
