Hello Ben,
I wrote yesterday about my problem - trying to book tickets on the TGV, using your web site. I tried again this morning 8:00a.m. - USA. time. At 8:00, I was able to give all the information to the last screen. When I clicked - confirm - the next screen said ERROR OCCURRED. I tried again at 9:15 - this time I could only get past the first screen of information . Is there a problem with the site ? or am I making a mistake .
Would you be able to help me ? I would really appreciate it. I look forward to your response.
