I had booked tickets from the TGV site (
http://www.tgv-europe.com/en/home/) for Artesia night train (Milan to Paris) and chose the home delivery option. I had booked the tickets on 18th June and have not yet received the tickets although their site states delivery within 7 working days. We will be leaving for Italy on 13th June. I wrote to the customer service, but they replied that tickets have been sent by them and the tickets have not been returned back. What if the tickets don't reach us? Please help.
