Train rides during a short visit

Postby vlh on Tue Jun 09, 2009 1:23 pm

Hi!!

I will be in Paris for a long layover in a few weeks. Want to do a few specific things: The Louvre and the Eiffle Tower.

Can you help me with the train ride? Need to get from CDG to The Louvre, from The Louvre to the Effile Tower (in case I decide not to walk) and from the Effile Tower back to the airport! If you could suggest routing and the most cost-effective pass to purchase I would appreciate it!

I land at 8:50AM and take off at 4:10PM.

Thanks for your help!

Hi Vlh,

A one day 6 zone Paris Visite at 18,50€ will cover you for the trip from CDG Airport into Paris downtown and back to CDG Airport and all Metro & buses in between.

See the trip planner tool for the Paris Metro article for finding a route that works for you.

Best regards,

Ben
