Take the RER-B train from CDG to Chatelet-les-Halles. From there, change to the RER-A and exit at the Chessy-Marne-la-Vallée station.

I usually do the recommended RER route, and it can take an hour and a half. There is a TGV train I have been reading about on this website that looks interesting. The first RER train travels mostly south, and the second train travels mostly north. The TGV train travels cross-country and only takes 10 minutes. I can't understand why they don't advertise it at the airport The website looks like on the TGV you have to book a specific train to get the best price. I am not going to do that in case the plane is late. I am going next week and will check the TGV and let you know if it is any good.
