Train from Avignon to Gare de Lyon Paris

I am attempting to book one way train passage for May from Avignon to Paris where I'll spend a few days.
When I plug in my destination simply as Paris, TGV asks me to be more specific;
Gare de Lyon (75), Gare de Lyon A or B or Gare de Lyon RER (75).
I am a bit stymied.
Is there that much of a difference between these four choices?
From Gare de Lyon, I will take the Metro or RER to Charles de Gaulle-Etoile.
I will be carrying luggage.
Any info will be helpful.

I'm not sure what you mean by "TGV asks me to be more specific". Which website are you using to book your ticket?

From the four choices you list, I would just pick Gare de Lyon (75) as that is the most generic. The choices are all just part of the Gare de Lyon in Paris. (75 is the department code for Paris). Hopefully the website is smart enough to give you all the trains no matter which one you select.

Personally I use the following websites for train tickets in France. For looking up journey times, the DB Bahn journey planner is the most user-friendly:

For actually buying tickets, if you can read a bit of French, I would use the SNCF (French Railways) website:

If I needed another language, I would go to the SNCF international site and select a country:

Thank you for the advice re; Gare de Lyon (75) and I appreciate the links provided, particularly the one for the DB Bahn journey planner. These could be of help for my entire trip which begins in Marseille then proceeds to the Avignon area and ends in Paris before the flight back to the U.S.
