I'm arriving at CDG on Friday 2nd Dec til Sunday 4th Dec. I need travel to and from the airport also to and from Paris and disney. I think the Navigo Découverte works out best. Can i buy it on the Friday i arrive to use that day.

Navigo works only from Monday to Sunday so unfortunately it won't be for sale or useable for you landing on Friday. A 3-day 5 zone Paris Visite will be your easiest option.
