A booklet of Metro tickets can be shared amongst any number of people, traveling together or not. They are individual use Paris Metro tickets packaged as ten for a discount, but are otherwise the same as individually purchased Metro tickets.

You can share Paris Metro tickets from booklets of Paris Metro tickets with others traveling together or not. Metro tickets (ticket t+) in booklets are the same as individually sold Metro tickets, but at a discount for bulk purchase. These tickets are otherwise identical to individually sold Metro ticket t+.
