The fastest route from Orly to George V Metro (closest Metro station to your hotel) would be Orlybus from Orly Airport to Denfert-Rochereau station, transfer to Metro line 6 direction Charles de Gaulle-Etoile (may require a new Metro ticket, I'm asking the Paris transit authority) until the last stop: Charles de Gaulle-Etoile (Arc de Triomphe station) then transfer to Metro line 1 direction Chateau de Vincennes for one stop till George V station. From George V Metro station you'll walk to your hotel.
Update: The Orlybus ticket is good only for the bus from Orly Airport into Paris. Any transfers, Metro, RER or bus afterwards will require a new ticket.
