I've lost my Navigo Découverte card with a month loaded on. I have a photo of it and therefore the card number. Is it possible to get a replacement?

Shoot, sorry to hear about that. Unless the card was returned to Lost & Found there's no way to replace the Navigo Découverte. It's one of the downsides of the non-nominative card.
