Yes the RER A will not be running from July 29 till August 27, 2017.
During RER A construction from July 29, 2017 to August 27, 2017 tTo get from Gare de Lyon to Disneyland Paris at Marne La Vallée station, take Metro line 1 from Gare de Lyon to Nation, transfer to RER A (direction Marne la Vallée) at Nation station, then ride until the terminus/end of line. Disney is at the end of the RER A line at Marne la Vallée.
