We will be traveling from CDG to our hotel via RER and Metro. Directions to our hotel involve catching Metro Line 1 at Chatelet Les Halles. I have read that this station is HUGE and many avoid it for fear of getting lost inside! I have also read that the station was recently renovated and signage from RER to Metro is updated and much easier to follow now. Can anyone comment on the ease or difficulties with switching stations here?
