Hi, I was stuck in a lift at the CDG station Friday 28th June (between 11.55 and 13.05) . The station staff alerted security and the Fire Department. As a result of this I missed my 13.10 flight to Dublin. The problem was finally resolved. Could you please advise how I may obtain an incident report that I may use for insurance purposes as my replacement flight cost €370.00
