Information We Collect

If you post a question using our Questions and Answers form, we collect your email address so that we can reply to your question.  Your email address supplied through the Question and Answer form is never shared with any third party and is used solely for the purpose of notifying you of a response from our staff to your question.  Your email address will be deleted from our systems 30 days after your question is posted to the website.

 

Information Protection

Information collected (IP addresses in web server logs and email addresses for questions submitted via the Questions and Answers form) are stored on professionally maintained & secured Linux servers that have extremely limited access requiring cryptographic keys to access over secure communications protocols (SSH).  No third parties have access to this information. Only the professional server hosting company and Parisbytrain ownership have access to these data, and only by express permission by Parisbytrain.com ownership.

 

Removal of Personal Data

Email addresses collected during the Question Answer form submission will be automatically deleted 30 days from the date of question form submission.  If you have submitted a question and provided your email address and wish to have your email address removed sooner than 30 days, please contact [email protected] requesting email address removal from the Question Answer service.

 

Children’s Information

We believe it is important to provide added protection for children online. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to observe, participate in and/or monitor and guide their online activity. parisbytrain.com does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
