How do you read the RER B schedule?

By | April 20, 2017 | in

I assume the numbers represent times, but what do the columns mean?  What are the 4-letter codes at the top of each column, and what do they stand for?  I need a train to get me from Paris Nord to CDG 2, and I need to arrive at CDG 2 at or before 06h20.

How to read Paris RER train schedules.

Four letter codes tell you the stops / route it will make.  Unintelligible for most of humanity.  Only useful when you have the schedule in front of you or you've ridden the RER your entire life.
