If I have an Orange Carte from 2004 can I still use it? If not, what passes would I buy from Wednesday to Saturday of the same week?

Carte Orange has been replaced with the Navigo Pass (Navigo Découverte for non-residents of Paris+area).
You can purchase this pass on Wednesday for the same week. See current Navigo prices + 5€ for the card itself and it covers all 5 zones (includes CDG Airport).
