My friend and I want to buy Navigo Couvertes at Orly airport. We will arrive at 9:30pm on Monday and I'm wondering if the ticket windows are closed then? If so, where else can we buy Navigo Couvertes?? Thanks!

Train ticket offices at Orly will be open from 6AM onwards.
I'm checking with RATP whether Navigo Découverte is sold from the Orly ticket offices as the OrlyVal train doesn't accept Navigo as valid fare (although the Orlybus and Tram 7 serving Orly do take Navigo as valid for travel.
I will write back when I hear back from the city transit authority.
