We are staying near Metrostation Robespierre. Where/what is the nearest place/metro station from there where we can buy the Navigo Découverte card?

You may be able to buy the Navigo Découverte pass from the ticket window at Robespierre Metro station if they have cards on hand, but if not, Nation station's RER ticket window is likely to have Navigo card blanks on hand as it's quite a large RER station along the RER A line.
