Is the Navigo day or week card validated for RER between Val d'Europe RER Station to Disneyland . Because our appartment is near Vall d' Europe and i don't know wich card is better for us. We stay for 3 days.

Yes Navigo is valid for travel between Val d'Europe & Marne la Vallée/Disneyland. For 3 days you may want just single-use tickets between Val d'Europe & Marne la Vallée, but if you need to get from CDG Airport to Disneyland and back, then yes, Navigo is simplest/easiest/best. Without more information about when you arrive/depart, I can't provide any better suggestions than this.
