Hi, I am planning to visit the "château de Chambord" during the Olympics period.  Is the Paris 2024 Pass cover for TER?

No, unfortunately the Paris 2024 Pass doesn't cover Chateau de Chambord or anything outside of the Ile-de-France region.  Only Paris region transit zones 1-5 are covered by Paris 2024 pass.
