No packages longer than 2m are supposed to be carried on the Metro/RER in Paris.
There's a luggage delivery service between airports from a RATP partner called Eelway (information here in French which you could Google Translate) or you could try to hire a van taxi at CDG airport (which hopefully fits your kayak) and drive between airports for similar cost.
