I will be arriving in Paris on Thursday evening and plan to buy the Navigo Découverte for using it for the rest of the week until Sunday. I hope there won't be a problem buying it, or will there be an issue?
Also, can I buy the pass for three people or would all members of the travelling party need to buy it individually for themselves?

You can purchase a Navigo Découverte on Thursday until end of service (around midnight).
You can purchase all 3 passes simultaneously, although you all need photos for each of your respective passes. It shouldn't be a problem to buy the Navigo passes in one transaction.
