Are the 10 t+ tickets transferable within 90 minutes like the single t+ ticket? I have to take 2 separate metros at times. If I travel within 90 minutes, would that count as 2 tickets (leaving me with 8 remaining tickets) or would that journey count as 1 ticket?

If the two Metro lines are connected and you can make the transfer without exiting onto the street, then it should only require one Paris Metro / ticket t+ if the trip takes less than 90 minutes. It won't be different between ticket t+ from a carnet or individual tickets, both allow transfers. Only tickets purchased aboard a city bus are not valid for any transfers at all, not to bus, tram nor Metro/RER.
