What train station nearest this hotel and what train and earliest departure  takes me to Bordeaux?

The main train station in Paris to go to Bordeaux is Gare Montparnasse.
 
To get to Gare Montparnasse from 7 Rue Montalembert it's better to take Bus 94.
 
The early trains from Paris Gare Montparnasse to Bordeaux (Saint-Jean station) leave just after 6am (I see itineraries for 6:03 and 6:07am on sncf-connect.com).
