Yes, you can charge an existing Navigo Decouverte card with a Navigo Week Pass at CDG Airport train station ticket counters or ticket vending machines.
The CDG Airport train stations are just not selling any new Navigo Decouverte cards. Existing ones can be refilled / reused.
