I am a Journalist from Iran. I need information about metro line's open protocol in successful cities like Paris. In Paris metro system, has been any line inauguration with temporary or tentative open? Is tentative open part of open protocol or from the beginning metro lines operates full time or capacity? This question is because Tehran line7 metro has just opened just for 4 hours in 1 day.
