Hello!I am arriving at Paris on Thursday 17 of August at 1a.m in the morning(Wednesday night).Can i buy navigo week pass on my arrival and use it right away?Will it be valid from thursday morning to Wednesday 23 of August?Do i have to bring a photo with me or you take a photo of me at the window when i buy the pass?

At 1AM no ticket windows / offices will be open to sell you the physical Navigo card which you need. At start of service around 5:30AM or shortly thereafter when ticket windows open, you'll be able to purchase the Navigo card from ticket sellers. Then you can load on a week Navigo and use it till Sunday evening (Navigo works from Monday to Sunday, regardless if you purchase it after Monday).
