arriving at CDG on Dec. 23. Is the B train from there to paris still running and if so on a reasonably regular schedule. Also , leaving for London on the Chunnell on Dec. 27 before noon. Is the Eurostar running at that time?

There's no way to predict how long the strikes will continue. You can see the current level of train service during the Paris train strikes and plan for alternate transportation in case the disruptions continue.
