I would like to use a week pass Navigo when I catch the Orlybus at Orly aeroport - can I buy it at the aeroport (I do not have any card). If I don't, can I be refound of the Orly ticket once I buy it at Paris centre?

Navigo Découverte week pass can be purchased at Orly airport either at Orlybus ticket windows or at the Orlyval train station ticket window (perhaps better as they have more staff there).
You won't get refunds for tickets used before receiving your Navigo pass.
