Hi, i would like to check can i claim my vat refund at Nor STation?

I am travelling at PAris now, but will take Eurostar to London. And from London back to my country Malasia, please check if i can get the VAT refund at Paris or London?
Please advise.

You would have to claim the VAT refund when leaving London (at the airport), not Paris (at Gare du Nord).
