Can I go from CDG airpot to Disneyland tranfering RERS? If so, how much would it cost? Thanks.

CDG Airport to Disneyland Paris by RER trains only is possible.
 
Take the RER B from CDG Airport to Paris Chatelet Les Halles, then transfer to RER A train direction Marne-la-Vallee until Disneyland Paris (the terminus of RER A).  Cost is 17.30€, one way.
