will i be able to buy and use old style metro tickets or will it be navigo easy smart cards only?  will theEurostar stock and sell the new style and old style?

Old style paper Paris Metro tickets are still available for purchase.  RATP hasn't announced a firm date of when these paper Metro tickets will stop selling.
 
I don't have any information on what Paris Metro tickets are available from Eurostar.
