Hi Richard,
It looks like the Metro stations haven't changed much since then, unfortunately. I'm guessing due to space constraints of Metro stations (which are quite small compared to RER stations).
RER stations (within central Paris, i.e. within the Blvd. Periphérique) are now nearly all wheelchair accessible according to this recently updated article on RATP.fr:
