These 22.80 for Navigo Decouverte week pass... They can add funds to the physical pass when I buy it for 5 euro or I need to add money myself later at a vending machine?

The ticket booth staff can add the Navigo Découverte week pass (22.80€) onto the card at the same time you purchase the pass card itself (5€).
