I took the train from CDG that was going to Paris, we got stuck in a tunnel for 4 hours and when we got evacueted a woman from RER said we could take a taxi and i would get my money back from RER. How do i get my money back? Who can I call og send an email?

Your best bet is to contact the Paris city train authority, RATP, through their contact form and lodging your request:
