I see that there may be construction on RER B? Which RER B train do I need to get on to get to the Antony stop? I will be traveling on Feb 8 around noon.

There won't be any service interruptions on RER B on Feb 8 during the daytime. The only listed construction interruptions start after 10:45pm Monday-Friday where RER B trains will not be running from CDG to Gare du Nord. So, you should be fine to ride the RER B from CDG to Antony station.
Note that you can't use a regular CDG to Paris RER B ticket for CDG to Antony. You need to purchase specifically a CDG to Antony RER B ticket from the ticket window/office agent (or use the automated ticket machines if you're feeling brave enough to navigate the custom ticket screens). Cost should be 14.15€ for CDG to Antony on RER B. Keep that RER B ticket until you exit the gates at Antony (the gates won't open without a valid ticket).
