I want to buy a navigo decourvete pass for two weeks. Do I have to buy one on Monday, and go back after Friday to buy second pass? Do I have to pay the 5 Euro for the pass two times, or can I use the same pass for my second week?

You have to reload/repurchase another week of Navigo after midnight Thursday in order to use Passe Navigo Decouverte for 2 weeks.
You do not pay 5€ twice, only once per card, per 10 years. Use the same Navigo card for the following week.
