Have been traveling to Paris every other year or so for many years. Not sure when I purchased current card - have always used it for weekly passes.
This time will want to purchase a monthly pass + 1 week pass when I arrive at CDG on Friday August 29, 2019 around 8:00 am.
Understand that card is good for 10 years? Can i look up purchase date somewhere by using the 6 digit number on card?

I don't believe there's an automated web form for looking up your Navigo card age for Navigo Découverte since they are supposed to be anonymous and untracked (resident Navigo cards can be registered on navigo.fr).
You could try asking Client Services whether they can look up your card age.
