Currently SNCF is no longer selling tickets for CDG T2 to Rouen Rive-Droite due to the Paris train strikes. Those who already have train tickets bought for travel dates up until Dec. 18, 2019 will likely be able to catch their train normally, but nothing is guaranteed after Dec. 18 and no new reservations are possible at the moment until the Paris train strike is over.
