Last year when I visited Paris, I got the Navigo Decouverte Pass and I would like to ask if I can still use the same card I got last year this time?
I am going to Paris on Sunday.
If yes, do I need to top-up the card? And how much will it be?

You can use Navigo / Navigo Découverte cards for up to ten years from date of purchase.
You will need to top up the card for 22.80€ for all zone coverage. It won't work for your first day (Sunday), but will cover Monday to the following Sunday (that's its validity schedule and doesn't change depending on when you buy renew a weekly pass).
