Is the reduced train frequency already accounted for in the printed daily schedules?

If they say for a particular line, like the RER A, 1 in 2 trains will be operating, and they also have a printed daily schedule of times, does that printed daily schedule already take into account the 1 in 2 trains operating? In that case every train on the printed schedule should be running. (I hope that is the case)

Or, does it mean that only 1 in 2 trains on the printed schedule will be running?

Yes, the reduction in frequency is already reflected in the printed schedule for the RER trains during the Paris train strikes.  So what you see in the schedules are trains that will be actually running.
