Navigo Decouverte online or at CDG

Arriving 11/04/17, departing 24/04/17, I believe my best option (if possible) would be the Navigo Decouverte for 10/04/17 to 23/04/17 then a single fare on 24/04/17 to CDG. Is this possible and can it be booked and paid on the internet? If not, can it be done on arrival at CDG?

Navigo Decouverte will be your best option.  And yes you'll need a single fare to CDG on your last day.
 
Navigo is not sold online.
 
You can purchase it at the ticket offices at CDG train stations.
