The new Navigo Easy seems like a great idea and I do understand that you can’t share a card which is absolutely fine. I want my own anyway! But I am unsure of just how much walking v taking the bus, metro etc that we will do, so I am wondering if you can buy a set of carnets and split them between two Navigo Easy Cards?

Unfortunately there's no facility or process to move tickets from one Navigo Easy card to another so I don't believe it's possible to split a carnet of Paris Metro tickets across two Navigo Easy.
I've asked the RATP to confirm whether splitting carnets across Navigo Easy cards is possible. I'll update this / write back if it turns out it's possible.
