While you do not need to show ID to get a Navigo Pass you MUST attach a picture and sign the second card, not the actual pass but the card with the number, AND CARRY IT WITH YOU!!!!
If you are caught by transit police without the second card with your picture and signature you will be fined 50€ and get a stern talking to.
